Support Groups

Ace Psychology is excited to introduce a new initiative aimed at providing personalised and effective mental health support through small group settings. Our Small Group Support program is designed to cater to the unique needs of individuals by offering a more intimate and collaborative environment for healing and personal growth.

Support groups currently available and that will become available in the near future are:

  • Children’s support groups – bullying, resilience building, autism ‘social’ groups, social media, gender/sexual identity support groups, etc
  • Single parenting support groups
  • Co-parenting support groups
  • Family and Domestic Violence
  • Carers support groups – for parents or caregivers of children with disabilities
  • Racism and Discrimination support group

This setting fosters a sense of community and connection among participants, creating a supportive space where individuals can share their experiences, insights, and coping strategies.

Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, or other mental health challenges, Ace Psychology’s Small Group Support program aims to provide a supportive and empowering environment for individuals seeking personal growth and healing. Join our small groups to embark on a journey of self-discovery, connection, and positive transformation.
